Where We Started

DMCE was built on the simple idea that MEP engineering should make projects easier, not harder. From our earliest work in Colorado, we focused on being the firm that answered the phone, hit deadlines, and never created problems on the job site.

How We Grew

Over 37 years, we've grown our expertise across commercial, industrial, housing, and education sectors without losing the responsiveness that defined us from day one. Our team has stayed lean by design so every project gets experienced engineers.

We size systems, select equipment, and lay out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing routing in coordination with the architect and owner. You'll see a clear direction for how the building will perform, with the key decisions resolved before we move into permit documents.

Construction Documents

Stamped, permit-ready drawings and specifications built to code and tailored to your jurisdiction. We support the permitting process from submittal through approval, responding to plan review comments and coordinating directly with the building department to keep your project moving forward.

Construction Administration

We stay engaged through construction, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and answering field questions as they come up. Our team supports the contractor and owner through inspection and closeout so nothing stalls at the finish line.
