DMCE provided full MEP design services for a new 34-unit mixed-use apartment building at 4353 Tennyson St. in Denver. The building features ground-level parking with a CO/NOX monitoring system, ground-floor retail prepped for future restaurant use, and apartments on floors two and three. The mechanical system utilized an Aquatherm HVAC system with domestic hot water as a heat source and DX cooling per unit. Plumbing included grease and sand/oil interceptors and full site storm drainage. Electrical scope included photometric analysis, fire alarm specification, site lighting, and emergency power.
