DMCE provided MEP design services for the renovation of an existing space into the Semiprecious Cocktail Bar in Denver, CO. The 875 SF project involved refreshing the interior with updated lighting, creating a new bar area, and making necessary adjustments to existing MEP systems. Scope included power and lighting coordination, cold and hot water plumbing with recirculation and sanitary systems, ventilation for the new bar, and new ductwork connecting to the existing split system. A change order was later issued for an Administrative Modification Request, electrical revisions for patio heaters, and mechanical ductwork revisions.
