DMCE provided MEP design services for the conversion of a 3,430 SF retail space into Golf Haus, an indoor golf training facility and bar in Centennial, CO. The project involved raising or exposing the ceiling to allow for golf club swing clearance, replacing three existing four-ton gas-fired RTUs, upgrading the water service from 3/4" to 1" for added plumbing fixtures, and installing code-compliant LED lighting controls throughout the space. The scope included full mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design including fire alarm specification.
