DMCE provided full MEP design services for a new hair salon located in a recently completed 15-story core and shell building at 1140 Bannock Street in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver. The 2,429 SF tenant space required a complete interior MEP buildout including a water-to-air heat pump system, salon-specific exhaust ventilation, plumbing for salon stations, and full electrical power and lighting design. The post-tensioned concrete slab required GPR scanning by others prior to drain penetrations.
