DMCE provided full MEP design services for two new two-story, 11-unit townhome buildings with two garage buildings at 3915 Upham St. in Wheat Ridge, CO. The project included two separate unit plans. The mechanical system utilized an Aquatherm HVAC system with domestic hot water as the heat source to fan coils in each unit. Scope included full plumbing, electrical, photometric analysis for the SDP deliverable, and Revit/BIM modeling at LOD 200.
