The Rd Rocks Residence is a new custom single-family home in Morrison, Colorado, totaling approximately 5,350 square feet. The residence includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-car attached garage, along with a dining room, family room, loft, living room, sitting room, mudroom, rec room, and laundry area. DMCE provided mechanical design services including forced air heating and cooling system layout, zoning, equipment sizing, bathroom exhaust, and radon mitigation. The scope included full HVAC load calculations and ventilation design to meet IECC air quality requirements, with coordination through building department review and permitting.
